- carriers: La Poste (Colissimo) and DHL, for the delivery and tracking of parcels;

We do not sell your data.
Shopify also uses certain data for its own services (for example Shop Pay). For this processing, Shopify is the controller: see Shopify's privacy policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers, or their subcontractors, may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept, refuse or customise non-essential cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and your choice does not prevent you from placing an order. Strictly necessary cookies (basket, security, remembering your choices) do not require your consent.
You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of each page.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and the right to object to the processing of your data, in particular for direct marketing, at any time and without giving reasons. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights: contact@angelnomad.com. We may ask you to prove your identity if there is reasonable doubt. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two months if the request is complex.
Each promotional e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.
If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
You may also register free of charge on the Bloctel telephone marketing opt-out list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).
Minors
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors.
Security
We and our service providers implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, restricted access). For your part, please protect your customer account password.
Changes
We may amend this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our practices. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
